The management of Finca Arroyo La Jara has as main objectives:<\/strong><\/p>

1-Ensure that guests enjoy a stay<\/p>

2-Maintain an optimal level of quality, both in its facilities and in its services<\/p>

3-Contribute to the preservation of the environment<\/p>

Your help is essential for the achievement and maintenance of these objectives.<\/p>

RULES FOR THE GUESTS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

House capacity<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>

The maximum capacity in number of people in each house is as follows:<\/p>

Casa El Puente - 2 people
Casa Los Naranjos - 2 people
Casa La Huerta - 4 people
Casa El Olivo - 10 people
Casa La Fuente - 4 people
Casa La Alberca - 4 people<\/p>

The permanence of a number of people that exceeds said capacities is not allowed. This rule also includes transient visitors or guests.<\/p>

Vehicles<\/span><\/h5>

It is only allowed to circulate along the lane of the farm until the house El Olivo.<\/p>

MAXIMUM SPEED IS 20KM\/H.<\/p>

Pets<\/span><\/h5>

The pet must always be under control. Inside the farm the animal must be subject to its corresponding leash to prevent accidents that may affect other customers.<\/p>

IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE FOOD TO THE DOGS OF THE FARM.<\/p>

Chimneys<\/span><\/h5>

If the client has no experience with fireplaces and\/or barbecue, we suggest not to light a fire. A high percentage of fire accidents are usually caused by inexperienced people.<\/p>

The price of the basket of wood is 7 euros.<\/p>

Is not allowed to collect firewood on the property.<\/p>

Barbecues<\/span><\/h5>

By regulation\/2006 of the government of Andalucia, it is forbidden to light barbecues in zones of forest influence from July 1 to October 15.<\/p>

During the months authorized for security reasons, the use of firewood for barbecues is not allowed. On the farm we do not have coal. Coal can be obtained in Almonaster.<\/p>

Garbage<\/span><\/h5>

Garbage bags should not be left outside the houses. Each client will be responsible for depositing them in the container located at the exit of the property.<\/p>

Heating<\/span><\/h5>

The heating boiler is regulated to maintain a constant temperature of 21 degrees.<\/p>

Tampering with the boiler and\/or thermostats can cause accidents and\/or breakdowns.<\/p>

To avoid these complications, consult the staff at Arroyo La Jara.<\/p>

For optimum operation of the heating system, avoid opening the door and windows of the house unnecessarily.<\/p>

Lights<\/span><\/h5>

To contribute to saving energy, the unncessary turning of lights should be avoided.<\/p>

TV and Music<\/span><\/h5>

The volume of the television or music should be kept at a low level, to avoid disturbing other clients of the farm.<\/p>

Swimming pools<\/span><\/h5>

The pools will be better open between June 1 and September 30 (variable dates depending on the weather) and access will be available between 11.30 a.m. and 8.00 p.m.<\/p>

INSIDE THE SWIMMING POOL AREA IT IS NOT ALLOWED:<\/strong><\/p>

-Under 14 years old if they are not accompanied by an adult.<\/p>

-The use of objects (balls, large inflatables, etc.) that may pose a risk of accidents or an inconvenience to the rest of the people who will remain in the enclosure.<\/p>

-Running, pushing and any other type of violent activity that represents a risk or accident that disturbs people's rest.<\/p>

-The entry of animals of any kind.<\/p>

-Dangerous games inside the pool glass.<\/p>

-Throw head or \"make the bomb\".<\/p>

-The introduction and use of objects and\/or glass containers or other materials that can cause sharp or puncture wounds.<\/p>

-The use of music and\/or radio devices, unless they listen with headphones.<\/p>

Clothes and other household items<\/span><\/h5>

If the client is interested in keeping bathrobes, slippers, towels, sheets, canes, or other household items, they can consult the owners of Arroyo La Jara by calling 661 341 658 or contacting the staff.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
